Mohamed Haseeb Soleja

Indian by nationality, Haseeb has made the UAE his home for nearly two decades, arriving in Dubai after a short two year stint working for an IBM dealer in Saudi Arabia. Haseeb has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

After graduating in 1991, and the job stint in KSA, Haseeb arrived in Dubai in 1993. He worked for a Systems Integrator for two years before moving to work as a Sales Manager in Al Futtaim Technologies. In 2002, he moved to working in Distribution and worked for Techdata Middle East for four years where he set-up and grew the business of Fujitsu Siemens. He later moved onto work with the vendor itself as Product Marketing Manager.

As Founder and Managing Director of NewRAS Technologies, Haseeb has made it a point to keep people at its core. He believes that without the right people , technology will become redundant. As such he is big investor in people values and has made it the heart of NewRAS Technologies.

Haseeb intends to grow his business within UAE with an office planned in Abu Dhabi in the summer of 2014. He also wants to expand in other Middle East countries particularly Saudi Arabia (not forgetting the fact he started his career in that country).

Away from office, Haseeb is a dedicated family man and avid sportsman and has a big interest in desert environment. He knows a few tricks on desert survival and does a lot of off roading in his LandCruiser GXR along with his family.
